Health Update is a news programme and public service aimed at improving viewers´ knowledge of health issues. It explores a wide range of aspects that can improve quality of life, such as diet, sport and other "health prevention" factors. With input from doctors and other experts, and broadcast via satellite as well, the programme has one of the best audience ratings and 20% of the screen share.
